This is a 12-week out-patient treatment program for opioid addiction and alcoholism, which consists of 10-12 individual sessions with Dr. Chacko for evaluation, medication management and psychotherapy. Treatment programs are designed based on the individuals specific needs, which effect the pricing of the treatment program. As a convenience to you, upon your request, we can provide a receipt for submission by you to your insurance carrier for reimbursement directly to you.

Included in the program is a Comprehensive Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Evaluation completed by Dr. Chacko, a brief physical examination, initial blood work and initial, as well as subsequent, urine drug tests. Also included in the price are the first three to five days of medications for detox or induction.

Not included in the price is the cost of medications after the first three to five days and follow-up blood tests during the course of treatment.

Evaluation and treatment for co-occurring psychiatric disorders is included in the price. Also included in the price is treatment for cigarette smoking (cost of medication not included).

If Dr. Chacko recommends that the patient sees a primary care physician or a medical specialist (such as a neurologist or a kidney or liver specialist) for a consultation, the patient is responsible for the cost of treatment by the other provider.

Dr. Chacko offers consultations on substance abuse and psychiatric issues to people suffering from substance abuse and/or psychiatric problems, as well as their family members. If you or a family member suspects that you/family member have a problem with substance abuse, a confidential consultation can be arranged with Dr. Chacko. Dr. Chacko also offers consultation to employers and attorneys regarding their employees and clients with suspected substance abuse and/or psychiatric problems.
